Here are some ways to lock your phone remotely after it’s been stolen

1. Use Your Device Manager:

  • Android Device Manager: If your phone is Android, visit https://support.google.com/a/answer/6375864?hl=en. Sign in with your Google account associated with the lost device. You can locate your phone, ring it, lock it, or erase its data remotely.
  • Find My iPhone: For iOS devices, use https://www.apple.com/icloud/find-my/. Sign in with your Apple ID. You can track your device’s location, send a message to it, play a sound, lock it, or erase its data.

2. Contact Your Mobile Carrier:

  • Remote lock: Most carriers offer a remote lock feature that prevents your phone from being used on any network. Contact your carrier’s customer service to activate this.
